MISSION STATEMENT The BSC exists to finance recreation, sport and associated projects to ensure blind and vision impaired people of all ages have opportunities to fulfil their dreams. ABOUT THE BLIND SPORTING COUNCIL The Blind Sporting Council was established in 1996 to provide support to people who are blind or vision impaired participating in sport, recreation and community activities.
